In order to reduce the amount of packaging needed to ship the pillows, the fluff might be shipped outside of the pillow case and need to be inserted once it arrives to you. Please note that your pillow inserts may appear slightly misshapen upon unpacking. A bit of manual adjustment and a few days of regular use will help them settle into their normal, fluffy shape.
