RETURN POLICY AND FAQS FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS:

Most sales are final but product exchanges/refunds may be given at our discretion under certain circumstances. Please contact us regarding orders via email rather than social media, as we are not able to assist you if you contact us through social media, and please be sure to include your order number in the email (if applicable).

 

Because of our fluctuating inventory we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange please contact us first to find out if the item is eligible for return before returning your eligible item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.

Please note that the shipping carriers often won't deliver a package with a joke name, a partial name, or anything other than your own first and last name, and we aren't responsible for packages returned to sender if you don't comply. If we receive a package back due to an incorrectly formatted name, we will send you an invoice so you can pay for shipping again before we re-send your package.

 

If when tracking your order you see it is being returned to us because the name or address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout, or the order was not collected in time, or that additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid, we will re-ship the item to you only if arrangements are made for you to pay for shipping and handling again once the item has arrived at our facility. You will have 14 days from the date we receive the item back and contact you to arrange for us to ship it again, otherwise the returned item/items will be donated.

We are not able to replace items that have been lost or stolen after delivery, so please make sure your packages are being shipped to a safe location.

Kindly note that whenever there's an issue with your shipments, we ask you to submit a query within the first 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date in order for us to help you. If more time has passed, we won't be able to offer a solution for the order since our warranty period is overdue.

 

We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, contact us ASAP. If your order has not been processed by us or our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipments destined outside the United States may require additional duties or import taxes to be paid on delivery. The customer is responsible for the payment of all such fees. We cannot mark shipments "Gift" on customs forms, nor can we adjust the value of the items in the shipments. Unfortunately it is very difficult or impossible for us to estimate the duties and taxes your country may charge you. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials. International shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery time.
